Warranty Policy

All products of Elitech  are one year warranty  against any  manufacturing defects.

1. Send e-mail to marketing@optimumindia.in and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2.   We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, any physical damaged, malfunction sensor, washed or altered in any way.
3. Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect or  faulty goods.
4. For a refund, it will be returned to your account within 5-7 working days. For exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.
